Who runs the site#

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
News and information only#
The site collects and links to news, events and other information about bitcoin, crypto and blockchain in the Nordic countries. We try to be accurate and correct mistakes (see editorial ethics), but we give no guarantee that the content is complete, correct or up to date.
Not financial advice#
Nothing on the site, in our newsletter, in our apps or on our social media accounts is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Crypto assets are risky and you can lose all the money you put in. Make your own decisions and get professional advice where you need it. We are not liable for losses that come from using the site.
Content, links and logos#
Headlines, quotes, articles, names, logos and trademarks of other publishers, companies and projects belong to their owners. We link to the original sources and show logos only to identify the organisation. Links to outside sites are for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Our own text, graphics and source code are published under the licence in the public repository.
No affiliation#
Unless we say so clearly, Nordic Crypto is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company, exchange, project or person we write about or link to. Sponsored or owned content is labelled.
TikTok#
Nordic Crypto uses TikTok’s developer tools (Login Kit and the Content Posting API) only to publish our own news videos to our own TikTok account, @nordiccrypto. We do not post to anyone else’s account, and visitors are never asked to log in with TikTok. Use of TikTok itself is governed by TikTok’s own terms. See the privacy policy.
Privacy#
How we handle data is described in the privacy and data policy.
Changes#
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes are visible in the public source code.
Governing law#
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes go to the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer rules give you another venue.
