The Norwegian crypto exchange NBX has raised at least 34 million Norwegian kroner from the US investor LDA Capital through ten share issues since 2022, according to Kaupr's tally of the company's stock exchange announcements; the latest, closed on 3 November 2026, raised 6.8 million kroner at 0.47 kroner per share. According to NBX's announcements, the money has funded bitcoin purchases and the capital requirements for its e-money licence and its MiCA licence. Under the agreement, NBX decides when to draw on the facility.
