EU's AML authority sends three standards to the Commission, with crypto rules

Original title (Swedish): Amla föreslår tre tekniska standarder enligt penningtvättsförordningen

The EU anti-money-laundering authority AMLA has sent three final draft technical standards under the new AML regulation to the European Commission, Sweden's Finansinspektionen reports; they still need the Commission's adoption. Under AMLA's report, crypto-asset service providers must consider whether a customer has made three or more transactions in 12 months when deciding if there is a business relationship, use a one-month window for linked transactions, and keep the €1,000 threshold for occasional transactions.
