A national risk assessment from the ten agencies on Sweden's sanctions cooperation council says the risk of financing the spread of weapons of mass destruction is highest in illegal financial activity and through crypto-assets. The assessment is limited to UN Security Council sanctions aimed at North Korea or Iran. It is about the risk that those targeted financial sanctions are not carried out or are circumvented.
