Finnish Kvarn rents out its MiCA licence to Nordic partners

Finland's Kvarn Capital is letting other firms offer crypto services under their own brand on Kvarn's MiCA licence, through a product called Kvarn X Embedded. The partner builds the interface and keeps the commercial relationship, while Kvarn executes orders, holds the assets and runs the customer checks, and Kvarn says the partner needs no licence of its own if it only supplies the technical front. Goobit, which was refused a MiCA licence in Sweden, is the first named client. Kvarn's licence is passported across the EEA.
