GreenMerc drops MiCA appeal and uses Northcrypto's licence in Sweden

GreenMerc is dropping the appeal against the Swedish MiCA refusal for Trijo parent Ijort Invest, which Finansinspektionen rejected on 8 June. The group will instead serve Swedish customers under Finnish sister company Northcrypto's licence, which can be passported across the EEA, and it will move customers over from Trijo. Chief executive Ari Liukko says customers do not have to do anything themselves. The board disclosed the decision on 16 September as inside information.
