H100 chair wants more acquisitions in the bitcoin industry

Sander Andersen, chair of Sweden's H100 Group, says bitcoin companies worth under a billion dollars need to buy each other, because standing still is the biggest risk. After a summer deal he describes as Europe's largest acquisition in which bitcoin was used to pay for bitcoin, he wrote that a larger balance sheet attracts a different kind of investor, funds that could not invest at the smaller size. He also says small firms lose the competition for people, and that buying a team that has already delivered is cheaper and less risky than hiring one.
