Realtid reports, citing Euronews and Journal du Coin, that the French National Assembly's finance committee voted to extend the country's exit tax to crypto assets above EUR 800,000 from 2027, and backed fines of up to EUR 10,000 for undeclared self-custody wallets worth EUR 100,000 or more. The proposals are not yet law and may still fall.
