Binance reopens withdrawals in stages after the hack

Binance began reopening withdrawals in stages from 07:00 CET on 1 November 2026, and by 13:36 CET all 15 networks in the first phase were open, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Solana, according to the exchange. Binance says withdrawals now go out from new wallet addresses and that its Proof of Reserves address list has been updated. The exchange also says that 6 billion US dollars of the loss from the 29 October hack has been covered.
