Dagens PS reports, citing The Verge, that a suspected supply-chain attack using a hidden circuit board in some Ledger hardware wallets may have let an attacker capture recovery phrases and drain accounts, with losses estimated at about USD 86 million. Ledger has confirmed an unauthorised hardware component in one affected user's device and asked the reseller involved to pause sales during an investigation.
