Two former Valuno executives charged with aggravated insider trading

Original title (Norwegian): To tidligere Valuno-ledere tiltalt for grov innsidehandel

Sweden's Economic Crime Authority has charged Valuno Group's former chief executive and a former finance director with aggravated insider trading, according to Kaupr and Kryptovalutaguiden. According to the prosecutor, the two learned on 3 July 2025 that Finansinspektionen had refused the subsidiary QB Europe a MiCA licence and sold large parts of their shares before the decision was made public on 4 July, after which the share price fell about 33 percent. Valuno says it is assisting the legal process as needed; no one has been convicted.
