Binance reports net outflows of about 3.64 billion dollars after reopening withdrawals

Original title (Norwegian): Binance-kunder har tatt ut 3,64 milliarder dollar

According to Binance, customers withdrew a net of about 3.64 billion US dollars between 07:00 and 16:30 CET on 1 November 2026, after the exchange reopened withdrawals following the hack: about 4.65 billion went out and 1.01 billion came in. Binance says this equals about 2.1 percent of its 171 billion dollars in assets and that withdrawals are levelling off. According to CNBC, the stablecoin issuer Circle has now frozen more than 1.1 billion USDC. The analytics service DefiLlama reports higher outflow figures, which Binance disputes because they do not account for its own transfers to new wallets.
